Founded in 1962, Tec Automatismes company develops global tailor-made solutions in electromechanics, electronics, electricity, automation and mechanics.

A two-phase approach

Phase 1 : The deployment of sales cloud with digitizing of the sales process, customer database import, admin training and users. Duration : 6 weeks
Phase 2 : The connection between ERP and Salesforce, sales reports creation, company dashboards implementation. Duration : 8 weeks

TEC AUTOMATISMES integrated the CRM tool quickly. After 5 months of using, the second phase of the project was started with the interconnexion between ERP and Salesforce in order to reintegrate additional datas regarding as production, deliveries and invoices in the CRM platform.
