It is a real pleasure for me to meet you for this second edition of our Salesforce newsletter.
During these last 6 months, VISEO continued to consolidate its Salesforce business. First, internationally with the acquisition of NAIT Consulting, a Salesforce Pure Player based in Singapore. This new acquisition is part of VISEO’s long-term growth plan to expand its international presence – particularly in the Asia-Pacific region – and to assert its leadership position in the Salesforce solutions market.
We also continued to build our expertise on the new solutions of the platform, including training and certifying the first Lightning Field Service Consultants in the French partners ecosystem.
Innovation has been at the heart of our thinking: our Salesforce and Innovation platform experts have developed and integrated a Chatbot into the Salesforce Service Cloud.
Finally, and for the second consecutive year, DEVENSON, VISEO group, participated to Dreamforce by sponsoring the French Delegation.
Meetings, innovation, inspiration, change of scenery … were the summary of this intense journey.
These few examples are just an illustration of recent news.

SALESFORCE COMMERCE CLOUD ACADEMY
The e-commerce market* continues to grow and is expected to exceed 80 billion euros in 2017 (+ 14% compared to 2016). To meet this growing market demand in a context where skills are rare, VISEO launched the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Academy. A program to accelerate the Digital Commerce team’s skill improvement on Salesforce’s Commerce Cloud offering.
